Drop a set and fill it out honestly, if inclined to mention the impact of Denise you should. Mention what ever you want, be professional, but candid behave in the same way you want to be treated.
Surveys are a total waste. Mgmt should be able to figure out issues and address. But wait, not the wellsfargo dumpster fire.
Our management has shared that company knew who completed the survey and who did not complete it.
The best thing to do is not do it at all! Don’t engage in the BS!
In previous years, my team's second level kept alerting us about the number of people on the team who did not fill out the survey. No pressure...it is optional, right???
It makes ZERO sense to fill out that thing now, while waiting to be downsized.
