No idea, can't lead, can't manage, hires the absolute worst people and then does nothing about it.

SS was hired by G2 based on friendship and not merits. She will keep her job as long as G2 keeps his.
Leadership should have fired her instead of demoting after Tom joined.
What's her role? She's often forgotten within the org until she shows up on some panel or sends a congratulatory email.

There are many like SS in whole Cisco. They all are there because of their weak leaders. the chain goes from first line manager to CR. Cisco management is totally corrupted. One of the worst in the industry. Wall street know about this - Share are holding because of the pension funds ( the dividend). Investors know that if someone is paying so much dividend then how they will invest in R&D. So only pension funds will hold it. No growth - for stocks and employees.
