They are still trying to find the missing survey that was supposed to be released to employees from the last ask. Where’s Waldo…aka the survey?

We survey our employees because it's easy. It's a clerical project and in the business world it's our favorite thing ever! Employee Engagement Surveys are the business equivalent of giving the prisoners in a penitentiary a survey to complete once a year and slide through the bars of their cell. The survey cements an unequal power relationship.
The best way to get back at them is to completely ignore the survey and just delete the email. They get measured on the participation way more than the actual responses.
Just do the survey and nail them like everyone did for the last one and they will sweep it under the carpet!!! They are useless as management and sr mgt. knows this place is a chit show!!! Who ever sent this out needs to be fired.
