The leadership is always angry and arrogant and the pay is poor. Go there if you don't mind getting your confidence ki-led.
run from any position offered there. leadership is poor, systems are antiquated and you will spend your time addressing audit issues and fire drills.
if you thrive in unmitigated chaos it’s a great place to be.
Global Ops aka Tom S. World is a hot mess PERIOD so I am not surprised AML Ops is a mess.
Agree. From what I’ve experienced a lot of different processes based on who you ask. No consistency across the board. You can tell everyone is scrambling. Not sure how much longer it can be sustained the way it runs now.
