There definitely does seem to be a change in tone from all of the demand, deserve, earn, fair, and fight talk to this that basically sounds like we’ll do the best we can.

Think it’s time for what little talent is left to move on. This is a mess. Nobody is going to stick around for the next contract.

Having meetings to decided when to have meetings

I’ve got a prediction, T will not budge, CWA caves, you get the original offer maybe slightly better, but not much. I hope they settle soon for everyone’s sake or you all risk getting locked out. T will just sub everyone out. If you want real power, you all need a national contract, not this regional stuff.

CWA is gaslighting their members. Every update is vague and without any actual details.

Both sides have an increasing desire to settle for several reasons.
