Verizon is probably buying back territory for 30% of whist they sold it for.
Frontier is former rural areas of Verizon, SNET, SBC, pacBell, etc..

So funny. Wasn’t Frontier part of Verizon originally? At least in California that is true. And they unloaded to Frontier the “copper” customers. This is crazy
