The results of the Korn Ferry personality quizzes that were administered to L3/L4 have been examined and the lowest ranked leaders will be leaving or having to drop and compete for L2 roles.

Under AT&T Project 2025, part of the plan was to reduce management levels to 5 possibly 4. So I am sure there are several layoffs, even more when we come back once T doesn't need them anymore.
They are waiting on the strike to end, then will send notices the following week is what I heard. The more the union gets, the more of us that get cut.
I heard some techs will be let go.
Getting rid of unneeded workers. Right sizing the company.

It's not just L3 & L4. They are the bulk of it though.
I heard October off payroll so date depends on the org obviously.
