Let’s turn “remember Denise” into a rallying cry and see if we can put it on every comment on the employee survey. Hopefully we won’t remember how she died but we can remember that life is short and giving 110% to anyone but family and friends is not worth it. Never work late, never go above and beyond. Remember Denise!

Yay, we are back in Junior high school.
What a stupid thread, OP.
Truely.
This is our Harambe moment
My survey responses showed high disagreement on all questions about a trusting open honest caring culture.
Say her name. We cant let this go. Denise is the poster-child of Wells Fargo's nonchalant culture.
Why are you doing the survey. They want ro know this place su-ks and you want to quit. Fools
In the CB town hall at least she was mentioned however it was ruined when it was followed by “it’s unfortunate this has gotten so much press”. Leaders have zero clue that her death symbolizes just how empty and impersonal the culture is at Wells.
It is terribly sad what happened to Denise. It is heartbreaking and says so much about the culture. WF was great and valued its employees. No longer. There is no respect for the people who work and contribute to WF. If one is not part of the favored, one will be forgotten and displaced. Those favored today, will be no longer be favored in the future and displaced as well. I was proud to be part of the stagecoach. No longer as I see and have experienced the games. Good luck to all that remain.
Excellent idea!
