just signed up for Kinetic, only choice I have for new place. It is horrible! From customer service on down. They lost my first order, hoping they won't lose my 2nd order. Been without internet now for 3 weeks because they can't get their act together

“Windstream seems logical because it complements AT&Ts footprint.”

Might be happening in other areas but interesting we are partnering with a fiber provider to offer a convergence play. Doesn’t seem like there should be much in the way of capital deployment for us either. Anyone know how many fiber customers they have in their footprint?

I took a road trip through 20 states. Does that count?

Kinetic offers first 3 months at 1GB for $39.99/mo, then drops to 300KB, unless you choose the $99.99/mo. Good customer service at install, but bill shock when promo over.

Most people in my neck of the woods choose Spectrum (Charter) over Windstream. They have poor customer service.
