Posted the whole comparison of what the company offered versus what they want. Then gave the cost differences. Of course that makes it look like there's a huge difference. How about comparing it to REAL numbers, like maybe this year's actual numbers which would show a real change in costs? Otherwise it shows a widening gap, with the CWA asking for diminishing premiums over 5 years. Talk about delusional!
The T offer for Option 1 has premiums increasing only $37/mo over 5 years for individuals, and only $114/mo for families. It's really not that much, which you look at how fast healthcare costs are rising. And CWA thinks there's going to be a decline in costs so much so that an individual should be paying $28/mo less and families should be paying $75/mo less than today?
Work an hour or two of OT a month and you've got it covered. Option 2 (GASP!) shows T offering DECLINING premiums for individuals and families over the course of the contract.
Even the sensationalism of all that red font can't hide that the CWA wishlist is absurd.
