We are working outside more too. 2nd level has raised the office thermostat to 84°F. He told us that is the exact same temperature that he is experiencing on the green.
Be strong, for soon the union scourge will beg for lower wages and higher health care costs and longer hours and the high probability of being replaced by a replacement who doesn't speak ANY native language fluently. We have them on the run, let's build back better my corporate comrades.

Little to no provisioning is happening, a lot of revenue being lost on circuits, Ethernet/ASE, etc.. new order installation and trouble tickets has increased massively. Just in our area alone over 1,500 Wire tech tickets pending. That’s not counting all the tickets getting pushed way out for the other techs. Road moves and throws aren’t getting done, fines will ensue, paper cables are getting wet, decommissioning has been put on hold, IHX sales have been deployed on CP assignment and other sales orders aren’t getting completed, etc..

Majority of CP managers are worn out, speak to them every day at our location. One had 16 jobs loaded on him for his morning dispatch, he came in at lunch and said he was only able to complete one ticket and paused in the middle of the next one for lunch. They are not keeping up. Most of the easier tickets have been worked or completed. Now they are working on much harder tickets. They are tired of the grind and missing their families. One CP at this location was called to return to California by his upper management, he was told it is due to the OT was coming out of their budget. Not going well!

Obviously no union employees are needed for the same reason. T is getting along just fine.

This will also help prove fewer managers are needed to run day to day operations.
