You came in with eagles prepared to renegotiate last year's contract, what they are handing you is nothing compared to what you've dealt with before and it shows.
I agree. Everyone on the team is too emotional and needs to be replaced with a different team that is willing and capable of negotiating. Way too many excuses about the company's tactics. The number 1 priority should be getting us back to work!
