Poor baby, you thought the overweight lazy union slugs wouldn’t strike when you goaded them. Now you are gonna cry 😭 there…there it will be alright honey, have a cookie and go tell daddy Stankey you failed again. Maybe you can convince him to stop bad faith bargaining and get back to the table to negotiate a fair contract.
The Union is full boomers wanting to get in their last “hooray” before retirement. They haven’t struck since 1983 and wanted to get one more in for the road. They need to something else to brag about in the retirement home. As usual, the rest of us have to suffer for their actions.
The 'tards don't know the case number either.
Says the ta-d.
Crazy how easy it is when people know their rights. Don’t get steamrolled.
"The 'tards don't know the case number either. They only repeat the CWA rhetoric."
Case Number: 21-CA-349786
Date Filed: 09/05/2024
Status: Open
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Region Assigned: Region 21, Los Angeles, California
Yes! Yes! That's it! Release your inner Stankey!
Blessed are you!
Great post, OP. It should be made easier to tell the Unions we don't want them in our pockets.
“ I guess only SOME members matter. Loving that Unity.”
The unity of the union doesn’t care to have members that are doing things that can be construed as illegal. Those are Stankey employees, we are in unity for members who try to do the right thing. Some fail and are disciplined then change but we aren’t into folks that have a pattern of illegal behavior.
I heard of a manager who was perp walked off property and a technician who was fired recently for falsifying time reports. Those aren’t the kind of members the union wants.
IHX just wants the liberty of scamming customers without contract limitations.
"Let’s not get too dramatic"
I guess only SOME members matter. Loving that Unity.

I doubt the strike is Ulp and more Likely Economic.
Funny, it started with a handful of IHX and T trolls are talking about a 17k employee strike based on fictitious ULP charges. No one does that but T.
CWA has Perry and Perry never lost a case.
I asked the guy on the corner and he was inept at finding the case too, it’s got to be a conspiracy to deceive. Let me adjust my tin foil company trolling hat. Now go have a day you deserve. 🤡
I wondered about that too. A lot of vague talk but no case number. I asked 2 of the News sources propagating the Strike coverage and they were unable to locate it either.
How about letting the professional lawyers decide, ULP charges have been filed and it will be investigated by the NLRB general counsel. Opinions and speculation is just that, because you are inept at finding the case file doesn’t mean they lied or they are null and void. Read below for one of the latest violations.
Bad faith bargaining doesn’t have a high bar to overcome. The latest example the company sent out the following text on Sept 5th to union employees to read;
“BARGAINING UPDATE: AT&T made a final offer to CWA D3 in SE negotiations. Visit HR OneStop to see how you would benefit, then urge CWA to let you vote on it.” That is a ULP violation by bypassing the union and communicating with an employee directly.
The CWA admission of defeat is very telling. The CWA doesn't fare well when lawyers are involved.
Yep, represented by the National Right to Work Foundation. Free legal aid provided by every employer of any Union labor especially Att. The NRWF is the front for companies like T to bust unions.
Let’s not get too dramatic, it’s former sales manager’s which everyone in the field don’t like because they use sleazy solicitation tactics. They dispatch to a customers Prem on a techs trouble ticket or an installation and the customer is unsuspecting that the real reason they are there is to sell or upgrade their cell phones. They use the guise of being there to assist the customer to register their RG or make to sure the install or repair is going well.
A lot of customers get pi---d off when they realize they are just there to sell them something without an invite. We don’t want them in the union if they are using those kind of company authorized soliciting tactics.
I'd like to see that case number too after seeing so much shallow rhetoric. Many of the cases on the NLRB website contain boiler-plate language. I doubt this Strike is ULP, and more likely Economic.
I couldn’t find it at the NLRB site either.
See? As prophesied, the Empire and our all powerful emperor Stankey is STILL in full control. Now beg for his mercy and your continued servitude may be granted
Anyone able to cite the NLRB Case Number for the ULP charge made against AT&T by CWA District 3?
