now MS only have 2 days in the office but getting forced to continue 3 days. is this even legal? HR should know this crazy stupid policy by the local market.

My group is still three a week. They said probably going to two at start of 2025.

Basically punishing everyone because a small handful hasn’t been compliant.

Get back to the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays like the rest of us.

The listed are minimum your leadership can add.

If you don’t want to work in the office, you have always been free to leave.

Legal as in not breaking any employment law? Probably is. Not aware of any wfh rights laws?

There are still many groups that have to work 5 days/week in the office. Be grateful you are only being asked to come in for 3. See you there.
