This is not LAYOFF related, but I want wanted to post this for others to know.
If you are impacted by the Loss of ESPN and other channels on UVerse/DirectTV, you must call in to Customer Service to get Billing Credits issued (About $30.00) to be on the next billing cycle, AND you must continue to call in each month that this issue continues for the Credit.......these are NOT applied automatically and the service rep I spoke to indicated this may or may not impact everyone......hence the reason for no Automatic Credits.
Time will tell if and when this gets resolved soon and are channels are reinstated.
