Is literally su-king the life out of me. I dont know whats worse. Having to deal with my team, business partners or manager who all know nothing. And none of them listen to anything either which makes logging on dreadful cause its same sh-t everyday

Age discrimination is virtually never prosecuted. Just a simple fact.
Simply miix in a few slacking millennials with the expensive seasoned talent and nobody can prove discrimination. This is why HR leaders are generally lawyers.

However, the issue is sh---y mgmt, cry babies who act like they just got out of high school like yourself and our jobs being offshores or moved to a bunch of fools who cant tie their shoes without having to be told 100xs step by step by the “boomers”. I feel this deep in my soul as well. Coming from a place that was run competently (only left due to relocation). It’s frustrating being the only person on my team including management that has any idea what it’s like working for a well structured firm. My ideas fall on deaf ears because everyone wants to be the hero of the day. I don’t even care if I get credit for changes that better the team, I just want this cr-p to run smoothly! But no, let’s keep hiring more middle management and giving Pune clowns with no background in the LOB a voice and position of power.
Most importantly, take care of you. Stay healthy, eat well, take vitamins, exercise, get sleep. No matter, do not let this invade your psyche. You care. It doesnt care about you. The last thing you want is to hurt yourself or die at the place like that poor Wells Fargo lady. Be victorious not a victim.

Thats what im working on now so i dont want to quit without having something lined up. Its just become so toxic
You are an employee-at-will, short of a contract you are free to leave at any time. Have you tried looking on the outside at other potential employers who aren’t as toxic to your health? Keep your chin up and keep searching for your next best opportunity.
