Whatever Stankey tells them to manage. Now either RTO or go work your CP 12/6, can you manage that? Stanky has a pole he’d like you to directly manage in the field. Manager title is a way to not pay OT, enjoy working for free or lower $ per hour.

I’m on CP field assignment, I wished you office warriors would quit agitating craft. H$ll no we aren’t keeping up, yes we are completing some tickets but it’s like swimming in quicksand. I’m ready to go home, very tired and this su-ks. All respect for you techs, thank god it hasn’t been a typical August here in Georgia. I’m a former tech but my skills have atrophied, I don’t care what anyone on here says, these are skilled positions. Wish you well on negotiating a fair contract and HR get this done!

It isn’t hard to have an ULP strike with your Daddy Stankey and the HR of bad faith bargaining. What are we now, 5 months past contract expiration? D3 is 1 month past their contract expiration. Same thing happened in 2019, can you say pattern.
The CP team loved you calling us lazy union slugs, etc.. of course they are now on their 4th week of working 12hr days - 6 days a week. Need to repoll them and ask how they feel about the paid company social media instigator. The union needs to do the survey though because if the company does it, will never see the light of day. Isn’t the company still sitting on that last manager survey?
