The question should be, Can the BOD fire John Stankey and other execs for the massive failures and poor decisions they have made?

  1. District 3 (SE) ULP Strike
  2. District 9 (West) downvoted a TA, possible strike
  3. 911 outages, cellular outages and Data breaches
  4. DTV and carriage contractual issues with ESPN and Disney channels
  5. Time Warner debacle and massive loss of ROI
  6. DTV spin off and loss of ROU
  7. Removal from the DOW after being a Blue Chip forever
  8. Dividend reduction after one of the longest runs of increases in the markets
  9. Company ranking fell from number 1 to number 3.

No, they cannot do layoffs during a ULP, only during an economic strike.
