While I was a high performer and added significant value to Cisco business, I complained to HR about my manger with strong evidence of violating BOC but I was laid off last year and she is still happily working and abusing others at Cisco. FxxK you HR for protecting the abusive managers. FxxK you Fran for running an HR who is nothing but political. Fran, you are a disgrace. Stop posting your f-ing pictures on LinkedIn and do some real work.

Few years ago there was a Malayali christian Director who promoted his community left and right. He took all the projects from onsite to offshore. There is no accountability. HR did not do a sh-t about it
