Do I set an OOO when displaced? I have applied for a few jobs within the bank. Should I set an OOO for that reason? Otherwise, I wouldn’t.

My manager directed me to put up a generic one. The temptation to get smart was real BUT being a manager and knowing how quick and easy it is to get access to direct reports emails… I did not. I wish I did a little though still haha
Make sure your personal email and phone number are accurate in Workday. HR will use that to contact you once you move to non-working days and then termination.

Re fish; admins can quickly get keys. But we know for a fact that either employees don’t complain about smells or building mgr doesn’t follow up on complaints. Tempe proved that.
I left my lunch in one of the drawers on the floor of my bldg. I was the only one who had the key. I suspected the 1x1 was my displacement call, so I brought in a large fish from the grocer. I have often wondered how they figured out where the smell was coming from and how it affected all those cube dwellers.
I think the zz in front of your email address will clue people in.
