P4 Lead Specialist salary

I am a P4 lead specialist and making 115k in average cost of living area......Am I getting lowballed? Also what can I expect my bonus to be?

P4 in mcol will likely be making 110-125 plus 10-15% bonus. Some less some more.

I am P3 making more than that base, all relative to location and what your actual job family/responsibilities are.

You really can’t compare all p4 together no matter how much hr tries to standardize it. Risk p4 will get paid more than someone in operations p4. I have a friend in risk making 150 with 30% bonus as a p4. But I also have a friend in coo testing team p4 making 120 with 10% bonus and both are in average cost of living . You should look at your immediate peers.

I have noticed that in some team P3 is equivalent to P4 in another, not sure why they do it like that.

Im P4 making 104k with an average of 12k bonus. So you are doing better than me.
