Global Ops offering Relo packages to "eligible" employees

Which means they probably cant send any more roles to I&P or they cant find suitable replacements onshore in hub cities (qualified talent avoiding this place), what do you think?

WOW!! FALSE NARRATIVE RED FLAG!

OP, nice try with your false narrative. The fact is, Schart is doubling down on the action that was released today. You just explained exactly how Schart is addressing the reg action released today. The Schart takes a golden parachute! This place is expanding It’s workforce to risky locations and eliminating the positions in the United States. This temporary shuffle or assignment was just an excuse to a regulator to act like he is doing something. If I was a shareholder, I would demand his resignation and clawbacks! Can someone please explain how this so-called leader is worth $29 million a year. He has accrued billions in fines on his watch, lied about risk and compliance being a top priority, the share price is lower than when he was hired, and the brand is still a habitual offender. This is all public knowledge. So is the terrible employee morale due to toxic leadership. When is someone going to say enough is enough?

Nice try on spinning a false narrative ya chump. There is only one person to hold accountable, and that is the captain of the ship. Schart reminds me of that cruiseliner captain who wanted to get a better view of the coast because he was a d-mb b-m who “does not meet expectations”. Now mind you, little did the passengers(shareholders or crew(employees) know that the self-entitled captain could care-less about the boat he just sunk, and is already in the lifeboat before he ever even announced abandoned ship! Schart is that cruise ship captain, who came too close to the coast and sunk the boat, then left it for someone competent to clean up the mess. Got any more lies or false narratives that you haven’t already tried to spin?

"we are exporting some very sophisticated-level jobs" with sensitive client data to a country that heavily scams the US...Yeah that makes sense...

I would not be surprised that the savings from offshoring is starting to be offset by poor business practices. I mean look at the new OCC action just announced. Sure that could still have happened if we had all-US workers but doesn't seem very effective. Perhaps a factory in Bangladesh that bolts together red wagons might not be hard to manage. But, we are exporting some very sophisticated-level jobs that newbies can't really fulfill without significant financial experience and I'm not sure they have a very good understanding of that.
