They need to get rid of all tech leadership and put people in those positions that have development background and not just systems administrators 🤷🏻♂️
For those who didn’t see it. BE is bringing in a guy for tech business management. Whatever that means. She poached him from AmEx where he just joined in July. So this had to be in the works for months. They were. It’s at BNY. So you can tell already where this is going. She going to bring in her people, try to make us like BNY. EA going to report to new guy. Watch they’ll centralize architecture again and I’d bet one group that’s moving goes away. You don’t pay a guy millions (that will sure on be at that level) and not have a decent size org.
