Varies by LOB. CSBB has stated from the beginning they will give relo offer to anyone/everyone (subject to satisfactory performance rating - I.e. can’t be on PIP, or less than meets). They have stayed true to that.
CSBB offering lots of relo. COO very few. Actual amount of $ to move I heard is low; less than 10k.
You can be offered a relo package and not have it even be close to what it would take to move. It could literally just be an optics thing which is about what I expect from this crew.

Another grandiose gesture of fake a-s "we care" ... wf: let's appear to be a generous, caring employer.... nobody needs to know we only offered 5 relo's ...SMH

Yep. Very very small percentage of employees slated to be downsized are offered relo as an option.
The option was always there but it's not offered for everyone. Only the chosen.
