“So behold. The stage is no longer your refuge. Your titles no longer hold power. Your words no longer have meaning. And your presence is no longer respected or feared.

Welcome to the NEW WORLD post-covid. Our world, delivered.

Doesn’t matter. Nobody has time to watch them for an hour and a half because we have work to do, and at this point to be quite honest nobody really cares anymore. It’s the same old dog and pony show. Just give me a paycheck and let me do my job.

They're probably tired of answering the same RTO question for the 5 millionth time.

Imagine a world in which a group of everyday ordinary people sit themselves up on a stage and engage in a display of fantasy role-playing, in which they believe they have imaginary hidden powers yielding strength and fear based on a dictionary word job title.

The audience, the employees, watch this fantasy show while snickering and dismissing these imaginary powers, viewing them as comical, antiquated, and as a desperate orchestrated attempt to convince the masses that they are still relevant beyond their basic human function.

As these role-playing everyday, nobody people continue with their fantasy charade they realize that their cloak of power has faded and they themselves see each other as na--d and afraid. For the first time they become self-aware that they are nothing more than eating, breathing, sh-----g humans and panic that the masses no longer fear them and in fact will soon uprise against them en masse.

In a desperate and feeble attempt to protect themselves from the verbal stones, arrows and daggers being hurled at them, they shut down all communications with the employees. But it is too late. They have already gone too far with their fantasy roles.

The employees no longer fear. They no longer care. They no longer respect, and they NO LONGER LISTEN OR FOLLOW!!!!

So behold. The stage is no longer your refuge. Your titles no longer holds power. Your words no longer have meaning. And your presence is no longer respected or feared.

Welcome to the NEW WORLD post-covid. Our world, delivered.

It’s not really a town hall if there isn’t a back and forth engagement with the town. (the employees). I wonder if they will talk about the Cricket 2 Fried program and how you hear crickets when asking users if they like it.

“I don’t blame leadership for not taking questions: Senior leadership reviews these boards and knows how crazy some of the managers are out there.”

Do you have any evidence that they review the boards?
Also good, glad they know they’re overwhelmingly hated.

No, he will just leave GenX and boomers out of the conversation like he did in one townhall and a boomer manager (female) called him out on it. Epic!

"Is he specifically going to say that he is targeting older people for layoffs again?"
Take a seat, Karen. That was not what was said.

Town hall where you can’t ask questions or make comments. In other words they want you to shut up, listen and do what they tell you to do. That is T (oxic).

“Stankey reads comments on this forum. Does he know how despicable he and his minions are?”

How does anyone know this?
I find it highly unlikely.
I did hear that something about this site and others were posted on the CP website but I couldn’t ever find it.

“The worst outcome for them is if employees unite in any meaningful way and push back.”

I say we unite in a meaningful way and push back!

“Why are they so afraid of their employees? must be some serious cow chips about to be delivered...”

They’re terrified of the discontent continuing to spread.
The worst outcome for them is if employees unite in any meaningful way and push back.

Yeah, just saw this email too and I said the exact same thing.
They’re gonna give some bad news surely and they know the feedback for everything going on is going to be overwhelmingly negative.

No comments, no questions, can’t see other people’s comments, can’t make comments on other people’s questions.

Go figure.

They’re trying to hide how unhappy everyone is from others who may be out of the loop.
