"I was an L3 during the last activation and i worked. And succcessfully closed out about a dozen tickets. The problem wasn't the work and the documentation WAS available, but the problem was the lack of equipment, cards and equipment needed to do the job. That was when i realized that the current force on strike was going to gunfights with knives. I also became a clepto in 3 days stealing cards and equipment from job sites just to have them ready. The second thing was surprised me was how poor the maintenance was on the huts and undergrounds. The lack of tagging, removal of tags, cleanup, removal of deprecated gear, etc. Lastly, it was crazy that i could walk into a CO and swap pairs on a frame as an activated manager and nobody was watching the hen-house. Just walked in, did the work, put a post-it note on the pair swap and walked out after taking pictures. The only reason i had a key was from a previous office in the CO i had in the management level and mine worked."
