CP Workers Slow Walk Yourself Back Home

CP workers, the more productive you are at your CP Job the longer you are going to be in that CP job. In my business unit we are doing no new installs, that is eventually going to impact bonuses, revenue targets, and customer loyalty. We all know the rush in Q4 to find the $ to make the numbers. Help yourself and get home sooner by slow walking those tickets.

I am sure you will come back and acknowledge that you were wrong and were in fact compensated. But probably not with that cynical attitude.

“ Non-exempt managers are getting OT and exempt managers will get compensation as well. The numbers I am hearing are significant.” 🤣

That’s a good one right there, sure we will get compensated, PTO in what January, February. A lot of us will be involved in RTO, relocation or layoff before we ever see any compensation. We’ve already heard that bonuses were going to be light before the strike. I will believe it when I see it, I don’t trust Stankey and his, check is in the mail promise. Lost trust with execs a while back.

Non-exempt managers are getting OT and exempt managers will get compensation as well. The numbers I am hearing are significant. Other than time away from family and working out of your comfort zone, the compensation will be far more than you normally make for working more than a regular day.

Enjoying the 72-84 hours a week of my CP assignment. Thanks Stankey for the extra work for no pay, the other 2 jobs I was doing prior to flying to an unfamiliar location, just wasn’t enough. Can’t stand what the greedy elite have done to corporate America.

The uniform, prestige and respect of my neighbors is our bonus.

I think they need to go back to calling Bonus pay or whatever they've called it recently to "At Risk Pay." Far more accurate and would perhaps get people to let go of the entitled attitude towards it.

If you haven't realized by now that the 2024 bonus is going to be very small, if there is any at all, you haven't really been paying attention. They have said as much already, even before the strike. Not trying to be glum here, just don't plan on much of anything for payout.

Quit trying to overthink and outmaneuver. If you have a CP assignment, just do it to the best of your ability. Yes, it all su-ks, but not much you can do unless you're willing to walk out the door today. There's a guy in my group whose programs are suffering because he's been on CP since day 1. Got informed his RTO letter will be delivered this month, and he will have to give his answer by Oct. He is so calm and cool. I asked him and he said there's no sense in getting strung over things he can't control; the only thing he can control is going to work and doing his job/assignment to the best of his ability.
