What do you mean soon? We have reorgs all the time. in tech with BE bringing in one of her cronies, I expect several more before year end.

CAP just announced a big one adding a bunch of groups under its umbrella. It’s not hammered out yet of how it is all going to work but I’m sure it’s a mess.

That's the crux of the displacements. Lean out all orgs within the Stagecoach and then do (fingers crossed) more efficient reorgs.

Gut risk management. Clearly they are not doing a good job.

Constantly. It's weird how execs thinks this kind of S makes any difference, but I guess when you're getting paid millions to be an exec you have to make it look like you're "doing something", so here we are. 99% of the time it's a waste of time/money/effort for zero benefit.

There is probably always at least some form of re-org going on somewhere in this vast organization any given moment.

LOL! Yes! I’ve been in banking for more than 30 years and the one constant is a reorganization every few months. See, the reason we aren’t successful is that the organization structure is wrong or the name of our business is wrong or our job titles are wrong. If we change those we will finally be able to succeed!
