And the he sees all of that work boxed up in the loading dock waiting to be taken away with the trash?

Oh the irony of a militant age discrimination bigot calling out a massive group of people as racists with no evidence whatsoever. Us "olds" were marching for civil rights when there was actual risk in that. You kiddies got S handed to you, and you act like you made it happen or came up with the idea. If anything the younger generations are trying to sc--w it up (segregated graduation ceremonies, segregated college housing, programs that exclude people based on race alone, and just general racism overall, but largely directed at white people so that makes it better!).
