Any idea if GRE/ERT/Legal/Security or VZC will be affected by any upcoming RIFS?

Legal, probably yes. One major project being done for Legal has already been scrapped.

Don't know who you mean when you say VZC because there isn't a "VZC" anymore, but the answer is still yes.
