I have an invite to join a teams call with HR next week? All it says is “listening in with so and so” . I’m hoping it’s what I think it is but not sure 🤔. Can anyone elaborate on what this might be ?

Calling out issues that you want corrected
Focus group time. If you complain do it in a nice way. Don’t point fingers. Bring up efficiencies.
Are they shutting down your call center?

Instead of waiting for you to make an HR complaint that will result in your firing, HR is actively inviting you to do so

Why don't you wait and find out instead of spazzing out on an annon board like this.
If that doesn't work for you then I wager that your being set up by someone and a complaint was made to HR.
Are you in Customer service? Maybe HR & your manager will listen to a QA call with you? Just a guess, I can't imagine HR being a part of that?!
Its not a layoff. They dont give that kind of advance notice
