Could there be a possibility that the company is purposely overloading these shared work locations where there is not enough room to work, so people get sick, die, and the company can then cash in on their dead peasant insurance policies to pay down the massive debt that Randall put the company in (and never got prosecuted for embezzlement)? Another thought, why isn't this against OSHA regulations?

when "leadership" perceives employees as a number do you think it matters the why, what, how, when, where? all that matters is the final objective which is reducing employee headcount preferably without severance
Yes it is awful to actually have to work. It's been such a long time since I have really did any work. Been just sitting around and telling everyone how busy I've been.
Nope, Stankey don’t want you to die. If you die T has to pay insurance to your family. They want you to quit. This is the cheapest and most desirable way to get rid of employees.
Yes, all that is possible. Not sure why you would be offering all that up. it is about collaboration, have heard it straight from CEO's all over the country...not sure why they would lie to you.
The year is 2024 and sheeple still be acting like they have no leverage.
When a billion dollar company demands their employees to RTO, they must be able to accommodate them. They can’t just blame overcrowding on building management because they are tenants. T has a responsibility to ensure their employees are not sitting on the floor the moment they require employees to be onsite.
tiktok, X, instagram, fb, etc.
So much hyperbole when they want you to do a little work.
The Stink gets that warm, tickling feeling going down his leg when he hears of an employee dies and he does not have to pay severance!
The Stink is a mentally ill megalomaniac.
They certainly don’t want you to die! Just leave in your own.
Read the post two below this and then ask yourself again:

Yes. It’s been posted here 1,000 times. They want you to quit so they don’t need to pay you severance.
umm, if you get sick & die, the company doesn't collect your insurance, it goes to your family
“Not quite that nefarious. They just want a lot of people to quit so they don't have to report layoffs/surpluses.”
To Stankey, quitting and dying are the same thing. Either way, they reduce payroll and don’t have to pay severance.
You’re just a line on a spreadsheet to those bean counters.

Absolutely
