He said in August that there would be pay reviews in September.

Boville lied on Monday and said pay reviews pretty much done. Somehow they gave 1400 promotions in GBS and discretionary pay rises and nobody knows anyone who got a raise.

Raul is silent or hiding. Out of his depth and in it to fill his pockets too.

Where is the UK MD Art hiding? His monthly call is overdue.

Someone else touched on this previously….They’re playing with peoples lives and families here. They’re playing with staff mental health.

Why do those pigs get into the trough first every ficking year and empty it, then lie about respect and staff value by leaving nothing behind. It’s not staff failures!! It’s the executives who can’t execute and have id--tic ideas and strategies.

This isn’t a company for the people, it’s a scam to ra-e employees of their dignity to fill executive pockets. Mike 1 did it successfully, Mike 2 did it successfully, Raul and his crew are doing it successfully. Same pattern of deceit.

At least Mike 1 was honest and said it was all for him.

That isn’t true. When the promotions are back on the managers shout about it from the roof tops to make staff aware that they are giving deserved people more.

Why do you think Bolville mentioned it and the number given out?

They are trying to say they are NOT stifling personal growth.

I don’t know a single person getting anything this year.

This pay raise/bonus process mandates the employee and manager to keep their mouths shut about it when talking to other employees, or face disciplinary action. That is with good reason from a couple of perspectives. One socially acknowledged reason is flaunting your wealth fuels resentment in others.
Another reason is DXC's toxic culture that will go after anyone actually getting a bonus or a pay raise. A couple of years back, one senior manager fu---d up so badly by mentioning a couple of people in some hall of fame bullsh-t that resulted in one person becoming the target of bullying and ostracisation. I don't know the specifics except that person had to quit his job from the sheer mental stress as a result of it.
One more thing: DXC's culture maintains an approach of no transparency, and the pay raise process is a fantastic example of it. Problems are not openly discussed (fear of retribution) unless it guarantees anonymity.
If execs aren't open for discussion on critical issues with the business and maintains this reckless censorship, DXC will keep sinking until the bankruptcy lawyers are fighting over its remains.

The clients here it. It worries them, they won't be renewing with DXC. Whilst their other suppliers have happy staff who get an annual pay rise and bonuses and treats for finishing projects. We'll just press our nose to the window whist they are all having their slap on the back party, and wish we could get some of that, knowing it'll never come out of DXC, but we're all so miserable nobody will have us.

@yix+1uzoBB1m- I have seen this recommendation (to highlight on FB/Linkedin etc) many a times from other contributors.
That is pretty much impossible, as those forums do not allow anonymous posting.
The consequences of posting something negative on those forums, with our real name, could be disastrous.
That is the reason it is not happening.... people do want raises and career progressions, but not at the cost of losing their job in the first place !!

Like others here, in UKI, got a 1 again, and no hint of a reward and I don't know of anyone else in UKI that has had one either, and trust me the topic of pay comes up a lot. It's the only topic of conversation when 2 or more DXCers get together

I got a 1. Took a team lead role last year. Cracking feedback from client and account SDM. 1 rating was peer reviewed and kept. Not heard a thing. UKI
