Wells Fargo found out that it was a mistake When the ECMO were hired without experience. Wells Fargo recognized that the ECMO did not bring the customer's complaints to satisfaction but in contrary The Enterprise Complaint Management Office placed borders between the customers and Wells Fargo and the ECMO aggravated the complaints to a degree where most of the complaints ended up in courts instead of ending in good terms. The ECMO failed to perform the customer service's duties and end up a heavy load on the Wells Fargo's shoulders and a waist of money and resources and gave Wells Fargo bad reputation and bad credibility as indicated in the 99% of the customer's complaints. The ECMO is a failure.

@p-o+1v0C8wkp The title in team works is “escalations representative” for the employees I know.

Yes, ECMO is Enterprise Complaints Management Office. They used to be referred to as Executive Office. They were case managers that handled customer complaints that had escalated basically as high as they can go.

I used to do the job, but the job titles changed mid tenure so I don’t remember what it was. It might have been something like “case specialist “

Three years ago, I recall that ECMO was desperate for people, and many were hired. I wonder what the average tenure was of those who were let go.

Looks like they were reviewing many ECMO employees for layoff. Someone I know in SLC ECMO was given the option to return to office today once their accommodation expires to work from home, or receive severance. 30 days to decide.
