As a director in CIB, I have my results. I get a rolled up version (also showing splits of my direct managers) of the numbers showing positive and negative results from last year. Also comparisons between self, exec level, wf overall and other finance institutions. Yes, we do get a complete list of comments but it does not tell me who wrote them, some I know or can figure out; others no idea.
next time. instead of opting not to participate everyone should just give the highest scores possible. so much for outliers
last year people made the mistake of saying they wanted more transparency from senior leadership. Result was forced low level meetings and huddles all the time. Basically punishment.
First level managers will get blame for the cr-ppy Director and above executives.
Mgrs were told this week results are out. Must have at least seven responses to see though.
It will be how everyone loves working in the office so as of 1/1/25, everyone will be back in the office 5 days a week.

Don't blame me. It was the first time in a multi-decade career that I didn't participate. That's how disengaged I am under the current management team.
