DF does have escalators lol, large portion of the contracts are supposed to increase ~3% yoy even if in term.
The funny part of all this Purple $h1t Show, is all the “high ranking “ positions or at least the people who feel they are special, have been replaced or diminished in EVERY reorg/restructure, lay off etc. The low ranking field ops have had less heads roll.
Tell me you have zero understanding of wireless or satellites without telling me

The whiney ops tech is used to working with people that have tech skills or should have them. That tech forgets that property managers, aka Tower people, don’t require any skills hahaha.
