Not proven but some of the positive and discounting posts are clearly AI. I've come to this site for over 5 years and not seen bot posts like you notice now.

I noticed that some of the positive comments are so textbook that they are either paid people or AI. There's no way a real T employee is posting overwhelming positive comments about T with what's happening unless they are highly paid executive or a bot.
and I am sure T pays for Reputation Defender for that POS!
