Are they going to arrive unannounced? Just show they are in meetings and go to a location without their direct reports sprucing things up or alerting the personnel at the location? Sure they should see some real customer interaction but get the full experience. Be the first “customer” there for the first hour or so. See what the worker bees see on a daily basis.

AT&T corporate heads need to get into the COs and ride with the outside crews in inclement weather to see the challenges faced by splicers, specials, wireline microwave, and mobility techs.

Maybe go on snow cat trips with the maintenance and microwave crews where cutting a path in the fresh powder with a stream running under your snow bridge in an avalanche zone would wake them up.

That’s where they will find ex att employees working after they fall victim to the stank. So think if it as a good networking opportunity for life after t !
