WTH. Title is correct. Title, though, could be more correct if it said 'agreementS' but not incorrect as such. There happened to be two TAs up for ratification and both were passed. Why did there need to be any distinction in the title? Reuters title is also correct and very brief. While the selected URL specifies the striking CWA, wth difference does it make?
