I’m looking to change teams in the company and after all the bad talk of Leggs org, I always skip those jobs.

This has to be the most accurate post about AT&T I have ever seen. They are total followers and late to literally everything. This is why we were $200B. Buying companies on their downturn.
Skankey and Legg are the worst leaders in all industries.
More PowerPoints led by innovative do u che canoes, followed by a kitschy cartoon given by randos.
“Yeah, no kidding. But hey, we're getting github copilot licenses for everyone !!
You know, that one coding assistant tool that other businesses have already moved away from because it was shown to do the opposite of increasing performance.”
If AT&T were any more of a follower and any less imaginative we would be an aluminum garbage can manufacturer.

Shows how out of touch with reality AT&T is.
Nothing of value was said, tons of jobs going to India - significant increase in the percent of employees in India.
Everything else was just your typical stock talk, technical transformation stuff, more migrations to new tools/modernization, lots of ai bullsh-t.
You can skip it.
Stankey and Legg will have a chicken wing eating contest with hot sauce....then Legg will give the Stank a haircut and polish his head....both will conclude their meeting saying "employees are our most important asset"
A search on our fabulous sharepoint discovered his bumbling powerpoint draft.
Discussion points with footnotes:
- RTO slide. Address employees firmly and reinforce that RTO is here to stay.
Footnote: Haircut scheduled for 10/22. Bring reference photo of classic Batman show for Robin reference.
- DEI update slide (before/after RTO).
Footnote: Review slide with legal. Remove watermark of photo depicting older Caucasian Males lined up walking the RTO plank.
- Authoritative slide
Footnote: Reinforce authority as standing CTO. Dampen ridicule of BA in Arts degree. Make sense of directionless, circular roadmap. Be firm! Recite affirmation statement beforehand. “You are not a little teapot. You stand tall amongst giants. You are not a dainty man. You are a CTO”
