Connections Awards funding being used to shore up budget gaps in Finance Org. Maximum number of participants by band is limited to 30% and an employee can be awarded no more than one. What are the limits in your BU?

Seems my group rarely if ever gives those out.
Oh, I'm sure they do. Apparently it makes directors look good, too, or they're expected to award some or something. Anyway, you not knowing doesn't mean they're not being awarded, it means you are getting them. They are not shared in our group, but I bet I could tell who gets them.

It’s always been 30%. That’s not new.
There has always been a budget and a limit. Not sure why you think this is a change.
