You never know with all the off shoring they are doing. They should outsource the tops jobs as they make most of the money don't deal with customers daily (who like to speak to people in English) and they do not look at peoples SS and DOB and full info when they are on a call. I am sure someone from these others countries could replace them just as easy as anyone else and it would make the card holders feel more secure knowing their information was not going around world wide.....they don't care if the CEO or other top people are from another country they do care about their personal information getting offshored
