Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

T-Mo Blows Verizon Off the Map!

Look at the results compared to Verizon! It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. T-Mo offers better value, and when I leave VZ soon, T-Mo's plans will be cheaper than what I can get as a retiree!

So true ... the senior leaders @VZ are consistently clueless ... seat warmers.

TMO should set up a program for VZ retirees and RIFees. Not only would it make a great commercial but will also increase their net adds even more!

Today I vsp’d my 3 vz lines to tmo.

Tmo insider code gets 20% off, so if you know someone that works there it’s worth asking for a code.

TMUS smokes VZ because they are focused on alleviating customer pain points instead of inflicting them. VZ still has a better reach and connectivity in the Northeast and some places internationally, but TMUS closes that gap every month and is focused on pleasing their customers not some employee woke checklist. Unfortunately, TMUS has far eclipsed VZ in customer service. It helps that they are peopled up with telecom people and not filler employees.

BS. My wireless bill is under 150 for 6 lines with the employee discount. Maybe you just can't understand how to read it?

Yeah Verizon is trash tbh.

Mass layoffs to appease shareholders. Shareholders dump Verizon anyway.

T Mobile ftw

@mmv+1v86Dc8J Tell me you don’t work for Verizon without telling me you don’t work for Verizon.

I just Cancelled my Verizon Wireless plan also, they were expecting me to pay $100+/month per Line ... if they are able to chop Employees to lower their Expenses, what would make them think we won't do the same? ( cut their overpriced service to lower our own Expenses ). Oh well,
