D3 is also $1,266
First time since my Bellsouth days to receive any compensation of note. Used to avg about 2 weeks pay before the Texas Death Star took over. We knew when the bonus was tied to the stock increase, we were doomed.
District 4 was notified this week and we are getting $1266
I can't speak to other contracts, but for the Legacy T contract, it is the share price appreciation from the close on 10/2/23 through the close on 9/30/24 on 150 shares, plus the dividends that would have been paid on 150 shares over the course of that period.

SSP is the 'Sharing the Success' plan aka the table scraps award
Union personnel are restricted from working OT for the remainder of the year! Costs are being very closely scrutinized and no purchases without approval from God! It's very difficult at times to complete a job in one day, sometimes, it requires at least 10 -12 hours. Wondering if there will be layoffs in the bargained for technicians sector of the company?
