Remote workers should be celebrated. Every single day they work they prove what a Fing joke and waste of money RTO is. They are desperately trying to ki-l it. Not because they want those people in the office. They don't care either way, but they do care that 20,000 prove that they are wrong just by working remote. I'm glad they are out there, even as I go to the office for no reason at all. We all resist this BS in our own way.
In their defense there's no good way to manage a fundamentally failed idea.
So many employees are still remote. My old manager was remote, put in ac accommodation to stay remote, accepted a new job, had an in office location & now back is to remote. I thought they were denying all accommodation?
