C&S navigation was pretty much told be glad that we are transferring you all to group and not being laid off. Not to mention the last Min notice of hey your going to training, 2 weeks of mandatory training and 2 weeks of OJT. We are going to give you a slide on QVC bonus but if you miss one day of training due to preplanned PTO that you’ve had for months you’ll have to fend for yourself self to meet QVC.
They hired way too many people and then pushed these stupid metrics down our throat for member connections. You could make 50+ outbound calls a day and at the most 5 people would answer. The navigation model steered away from what it was originally started for… someone’s grand idea def did not work out in the end. And not to mention you have a person with a skill set of every line of business and still payment minimum hourly wage.

Feel bad for the business teams in that unit. The technology team has driven them into the ground. S@ffron clown car.
