Jeremey Legg once said on a town hall that RTO was not about laying people off and if he wanted to do that he would just lay people off. BWAAAHAAHHAAAHHHAAA!!!
That statement didn’t age well. He sat up on the stage all flustered that we kept asking the same question at each town hall. Who here has lost a peer or supervisor due to this non-layoff exercise?

I remember when Legg pretended he couldn’t find his own Town Hall from being dr4gged or roofied. He tried for 2 hours to get a laugh about date r@pe and failed. Meanwhile orgs spent millions with Time Warner for horrible achievement skits while that tone deaf band gave us all ptsd and a clown lead singer who’s voice was created by Satan himself.

Almost got fired today, or at least I think I would have if I didn’t quickly bite down hard on my inner lip to suppress an inevitable laughing outburst. I had opted to move to Atlanta as part of Wave 3. I have cousins that live here and I’m in my early 30’s so I knew I would be safe for the time being. Anyhow, I was visiting the area and checking out the office ahead of the move. I saw Jeremy for the first time up close, in person. I don’t want to say anything bad based on my observation or give myself away by revealing the small talk. Let’s just say I must have been turning beet red holding in what felt like the biggest laugh I ever had.
