No better than monkeys will be AI and robots. We could replace Darren and the others with AI or robots and do better.

KLTC needs to go, what a waste. It’s just a tourist stop with no value to the company.
XOM has already announced the closing of Clinton, Sarnia, and Calgary Tech Centers in the next several years. The non-union employees that do not retire or quit are being moved to Houston, Baytown, and India.
The Europe footprint study is imminent. ETC capabilities they keep will likely relocate to Antwerp. Shanghai probably will relocate to Diawa (new tech center).
All will close eventually. It is just a matter of time. Movement from high to low costs. Lower and lower. Eventually they will move to Africa and South America. Finally monkeys will take over and will be paid with peanuts and bannas. How many monkeys does it take to drill and maintain an oil well? Well exxon will find out.
