Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

December 3rd Analyst Day

Pretty easy to look up main Telecom analysts that ask Q on each quarterly earnings call.

Employees should write emails to them asking why is it that AT&T SHOULD be a progressive communications company and the trailblazer of new ways to use our own technology to stay connected Anywhere we Live or work or play, and yet Stanks is stuck in the Landline Days, Have the Analysts ask him what happened to Employee Survey Result. Have the analysts ask how he plans to attract and retain top talent to grow the company when he is a complete Tyrant and all the employees despise him?

Analysts don't want to hear your bellyaching. They want to hear that you workers are actually working for the money the company is paying you.

No one is saying that employees should vent to analysts, it’s about calling out that Stankey’s priorities are bs!

“You’ve talked a lot about growth in , how are you keeping the top talent who drives that growth next year?”

“What do you expect the average revenue per employee to be in 2025 compared to 2024?”

“Do you expect your sales team to drive growth with customers if they are monitored for 8 hours and 5 days a week in office instead of having flexibility to hold meetings at locations preferred by them?”

“Do you really think employee concerns matter at all to the analysts?”

Dude, of course not. The point is that Stankey is focusing more on useless employee metrics than anything that actually drives the business and analysts need to hold him accountable for that.

For example, what’s preventing an analyst from asking a question like, “how much internal resources and time has been devoted to reports and teams to monitor things like employee RTO and monitoring badge swipes and VPN? Wouldn’t all that effort and cost be better focused on things like data breaches?”

Do you really think employee concerns matter at all to the analysts? Guess what. it doesn't. That's not what they are about. Employee concerns and questions wouldn't be relevant to them at all.

Massive agree on pressing analysts.

Stank doesn’t care about the employee survey or really what the peasants think of him, he’s an elitist. He only cares about the stock price, private jets, and typical elitist boasting bullsh-t. Yet the analysts are from the same elite financial world, who is known for asking hard questions on earnings calls? Start there.

CALL TO ACTION FOR ANALYSTS: HOLD STANKEY ACCOUNTABLE!!

No one else does!
