The fact that the CFO is the face of P-M tells you all you need to know.
I heard a 20% POD reduction after the wave starts.
Also, certain roles don’t exist in P-M that are in place just now - Programme Manager being one. Would imagine these will be trimmed
I was part of the first Platform wave, the team had about a 15% reduction. All US based.
@2hvp what’s with the RTO? I know someone where HR reached out to them for further investigation are they gonna be laid off too?
When’s activation date?
Yes, a couple of people in engineering, targeted before the activation. One for RTO issues which is so nonsensical.

Yes, count on it. From what I understand, most groups will have a certain percentage staff reduction tied to platforms. That’s life, I guess.
